Lubricant SUPER LUBE is a highly effective and environmentally acceptable ester-base lubricant used in most water-base drilling fluids.

Thermally stable at temperatures up to 302 °F / 150°C

Application:

Used as lubricant for highly deviated or horizontal wells to minimize torque, drag, differential sticking and bit and BHA balling problems in particularly off-shore operation.

Recommended Treatment:

Add SMD Lubricant SUPER LUBE in concentrations of 2.0 to 5.0 liters per 1000 liters to drilling fluids. The dosage can be increased to 3-8 liters per 1000 liters. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.
